징계위원회는 단협 제 21조 2항에 따라 노사동수 3인으로 선정해 총6명으로 구성된다. 징계의 종류는 견책, 감봉, 정직, 해고 등이 있다.
이와는 별개로 노동조합은 장00 전 노동조합 사무국장의 조합원 징계를 결정, 시행에 들어갈 예정이다.

병원측은 노사 상생을 운운하며 12월 중순부터 중식집회 중단을 요구하고 있다. 이번 최종요구안을 받아들이지 않는다면 병원측이 원하는 중식집회 중단은 없을 것이다.
